Use Office 365 Service Health for Exchange Online Service

  • Firstly, log into your office with your work account and click on the app launcher icon locate in the top-left and then select admin.
  • Then go to service health and then click on view service health under the service health section.
  • If it shows that the exchange online service is decreased then the email delivery may be procrastinated for your business. Also, check the service health page for progress updates.

Use Mail flow Troubleshooter to Search Missing Emails

  • First of all, go to the mail flow troubleshooter and then log in with a global admin account for your business.
  • Then click on next and then select symptoms and enter the email address of sender and recipient of the missing message. If you know the subject then you add too but it’s not required.
  • Provide the date at which the email was sent and then tap on next.
  • Then it will run a series of tests and then give you the answer. When it provides you the missing message, the result page will also explain the reason for this problem.
